Ali Tennant is an Artist Development Consultant and Vocal Direction Specialist with over two decades of experience working across major labels, established artists and emerging talent. His role is simple but powerful: To bring clarity, alignment and confidence to creative projects. Ali works alongside artists, managers, A&R teams and producers to sharpen repertoire, define vocal identity and guide projects toward stronger, more commercially confident outcomes. He doesn’t replace existing roles. He strengthens them.
